Excellent 9 hole Cobb design that winds through a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Has two sets of tees for most holes, which almost makes it like playing an 18 hole track. Cobb specifically designed the holes to play differently from each tee, with trees, lagoons and traps strategically placed in play regardless of tee. Course basically runs clockwise, with many right doglegs that require long tee shots to clear the right-side impediments. 2nd & 6th holes are the best. Par 5s are too short. Great pro and grounds staff. Excellent & inexpensive snack bar. Membership & staff are extremely informal and laid-back. No tee times. Definitely a walking course, and many members walk. If a member invites you to play, accept the invitation. If you're interested in joining a good and inexpensive unpretentious private club, that also includes tennis & swimming, take a look at Spanish Wells. Excellent value and quality.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
